From 2014 until 2016, Harry represented the Oregon Attorney General, the State of Oregon, and Cover Oregon in their litigation against Oracle, the second-largest software company in the world. The litigation involved cases in state and federal court and claims for, among others, breach of contract, fraud, false claims, copyright, and quantum meruit. Harry has been frequently recognized for achievements as a litigator. In 2015, the Portland Business Journal named him one of Portland’s Forty under 40 business leaders. The following year, his alma mater Lewis & Clark Law School awarded him its Rising Star award, given to one graduate each year. The same year, Benchmark Litigation, a national legal publication, named Harry to its Under 40 Hot List, a listing of the top law firm partners under 40 nationwide. Harry was one of just five lawyers in Oregon to make the list and 380 nationwide.

In addition to his legal work, Harry is the Chair of De Paul Treatment Centers, the largest non-profit residential alcohol and drug treatment center in Oregon. He is a graduate of Harvard University and Lewis & Clark Law School.

Harry is in long-term recovery from alcoholism and addiction.
